STAFF PAY RATES

At FirstCol we believe that consistent, quality care comes from long-term investment and recognition of staff.

We recruit to the highest standard and train in an interactive, hands-on way to ensure the best client care experience.

At FirstCol becoming a Carer is a career that requires only the most passionate, most caring and the most determined of individuals.

At FirstCol we recognise that our Care Staff are our most valuable asset and consequently reward them with excellent pay and benefits.

Experience is not essential; the right attitude for the job is. In return we would provide full comprehensive training and a potential to build a career with accredited qualifications.

You must hold a full driving licence, own a car and be able to obtain business insurance, be able to work alone and as part of a team. Hours are flexible although you must be willing to work bank holidays / weekends if the need arises.
